Digital SRCC 2020 will take place online during May 2020. All SRCC on-site campus events have been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns.
The Poster Printing Request e-form link (below) has been disabled during the BSC campus buildings closure period. SRCC 2020 poster presenters will receive e-mail notification when optional printing availability resumes at the Early Bird rate.
If you want a specific image in the background of your poster and can't find a similar one within the current templates, feel free to search Adobe Stock Art to find one you like. Send us the image number and we can download it for you.
Fill out the Poster Request Form and upload your file to Creative Services. Posters must be either a .pptx or a .pdf file and should be 30x40 (either vertical or horizontal). More information is located on the job request form.

Once you receive email notification that your poster is ready, you must pick it up in Bulger Communication Center 104 between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. We are NOT open on weekends.
Posters not picked up by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 1, will be set outside the main office door (at the bottom of the orange stairwell) so they can still be retrieved by Saturday participants. We are not responsible for missing posters.
